New Toyota Prius V 2012








Check out the new Toyota Prius V 2012 where they've extended the fastback and added a third row seats for the family. This Prius is set to be the next biggest thing, maybe a Toyota Wish genre replacement for the more Eco concious family. Check out this video of the new upcoming car, that will be launched in the American market. No news for the Malaysian market yet though.

2012 Toyota Prius V will have more than 50 percent more interior cargo space than the current Prius. The exterior styling is smooth, round and bold, with an extended roof line that allows the vehicle to maintain the triangular shape symbolizes the Prius. The front has strong trapezoidal headlights, wind gliding aero corners for better aerodynamics and an enlarged Europe in the network, which help create a unique design in the evolution of the current Prius. Toyota Prius style behind V is distinguished by a refined rear door panel, rear lights and a complex combination of roof spoiler designed specifically improves air circulation.

2012 Toyota Prius V is a showcase of technology that includes many of the same standard features. Four driving modes (Normal, hydraulic, environmental and EV) to meet a variety of road conditions and driver preferences. title="Smart" Smart Key System with start button, an electronic shifter, Hill Start Assist Control (HAC), and a rear view camera as standard. Toyota Prius recall


The Toyota Prius recall has Toyota in big legal trouble. It was announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation is now looking into the braking problems surrounding the Toyota Prius recall issue as the problem of "uneven breaking" is now reported Worldwide.

Now, reports of Prius problems are surfacing in Australia. The Toyota brand, once associated with safety, quality, and reliability, has taken a massive beating.



Before the Prius braking problem, Toyota was already the focus of a massive recall effort. Toyota recalled the RAV4, Corolla and Matrix 2009-2010, Sequoia 2008-2010, Tundra 2007-2010, Avalon 2005-2010, and 2010 Highlander, and stopped sales of those cars.

Toyota has issued the following statement:

"Helping ensure the safety of our customers and restoring confidence in Toyota are very important to our company. This action is necessary until a remedy is finalized. We’re making every effort to address this situation for our customers as quickly as possible."

Now the Prius, its new flagship, is being recalled. Before that, over 2 million Toyota cars were impacted. Now the number is much higher.
